1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached;

The item must be returned with its original packaging;

A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products;

Sale or discounted items (unless defective);

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, earrings) due to health and safety reasons;

Final sale items including body care products, sprays, candles, and fragrance tools (such as sage sticks, incense tubes/cones, and resin).
3. Return Process

Please email us at faybless@163.com with your order number and reason for return;

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and address;

You are responsible for shipping the item back and providing a tracking number;

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the return shipping cost;

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., dislike or fit issues), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear.
